Position Overview
We are currently seeking a Senior Technical Support Specialist
to join our client’s dynamic support team. This role is ideal for a customer-focused professional with strong end-user support skills and hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure. The position involves onsite work at the company’s Burlington office, with occasional travel to nearby client locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support and deliver excellent customer service to end users
- Act as the escalation point for Level 1 and Level 2 support issues
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and networking issues
- Support and manage Microsoft Azure environments, including configuration and monitoring
- Assist with IT infrastructure projects such as deployments, upgrades, and office moves
- Develop and maintain documentation for processes, systems, and user guides
- Train end users on systems and applications when needed
- Contribute to security and compliance initiatives within client environments
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance IT processes and service delivery
Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in technical support, ideally in a client-facing role
- Strong experience with Microsoft Azure (AZ-104 certification preferred)
- Knowledge of IT systems, hardware, software, and network troubleshooting
- Experience working in a Managed Services environment is an asset
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to manage high-priority escalations
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (local travel required)
