About the Role:
Our client is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager
to lead marketing strategy for a premium, design-focused brand specializing in luxury surfaces. This role blends strategic planning with hands-on execution, driving brand storytelling, digital campaigns, and performance marketing to increase awareness, engagement, and business results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead digital marketing, including website, landing pages, social media, newsletters, and performance campaigns (SEO/SEM, CRO, paid channels).
- Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital, showrooms, and trade initiatives.
- Translate product launches into compelling content across digital, print, and in-person experiences.
- Collaborate with leadership, sales, and gallery teams to ensure marketing aligns with business objectives.
- Manage agencies, vendors, and freelancers; mentor junior marketing staff as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- 8+ years of marketing experience, ideally in luxury, design, retail, or lifestyle industries.
- Proven track record managing multi-channel campaigns with measurable results.
- Strong project management, storytelling, and analytical skills.
- Hands-on experience with CMS/e-commerce platforms (Magento, Shopify, or similar) and performance marketing tools.
Work Environment:
- Primarily office and showroom-based, with occasional travel.
- May require occasional evening or weekend work for launches, events, or VIP client support.
