About the Role
Hollingsgate Recruitment is representing a reputable global IT consulting and digital transformation company seeking a SAP SuccessFactors Consultant with expertise across Employee Central (EC), Learning Management System (LMS), and HR Pay (ECC). This is a dual-focus role (50% LMS, 50% Payroll) supporting post-implementation operations and integration between SuccessFactors EC and ECC Payroll systems.

Responsibilities
  • Configure and support SAP SuccessFactors Learning (LMS) — learning items, curricula, assignment profiles, and scheduled offerings.
  • Manage LMS roles, approvals, and workflows; troubleshoot user and completion issues.
  • Utilize Integration Center and LMS connector configurations.
  • Support Employee Central (EC Core) configurations — Foundation, MDF, Business Rules, and Workflows.
  • Maintain Position Management, Event Reason Derivation, Propagation Rules, and Benefits setup.
  • Configure, debug, and write Payroll rules and schemas; manage T4/T4A year-end processes.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve replication and integration issues between EC and ECC.
  • Conduct system and regression testing to ensure payroll accuracy and compliance.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of SAP SuccessFactors EC experience.
  • Strong functional knowledge of LMS and ECC Payroll.
  • Understanding of payroll compliance, configuration, and sustainment.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
Nice to Have
  • Experience with PMGM module (performance forms, route maps, goals).
  • Familiarity with IAS/IPS, SSO setup, and user provisioning.
