About the Role
Hollingsgate Recruitment is representing a reputable global IT consulting and digital transformation company seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Consultant specializing in Employee Central (EC), Recruiting (RCM), and Onboarding (ONB). This position is part of a post-implementation support and enhancement team providing local, client-facing expertise in the GTA.

Responsibilities
  • Provide hands-on configuration and support for SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, including EC Core, Benefits setup, and Position Management.
  • Manage Business Rules, Workflows, Foundation and MDF Objects, Event Reason Derivation, and Propagation Rules.
  • Support and enhance Recruiting Management (RCM) and Onboarding (ONB) modules.
  • Utilize Integration Center and assist with basic integration troubleshooting.
  • Manage tickets and enhancement requests using ServiceNow, JIRA, or Remedy.
  • Participate in quarterly release testing, data validation, and deployment activities.
  • Handle configuration, testing, and release of new functionality or improvements.
  • Apply knowledge of data models, XML configuration, and permissions (RBP).
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of hands-on SAP SuccessFactors EC experience.
  • Certified in SAP SuccessFactors EC.
  • Working knowledge of Recruiting and Onboarding modules.
  • Strong understanding of Position Management, Workflows, and Business Rules.
  • Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Nice to Have
  • Familiarity with integration tools such as Mulesoft.
  • Experience with Performance & Goals (PMGM) configuration.
  • Understanding of SSO, IAS/IPS, and user provisioning.
