Our client is seeking a Gallery Sales Consultant
to provide an exceptional client experience while supporting the sales and growth of their premium design showroom. This role is ideal for someone passionate about design, surfaces, and interiors, who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. The Gallery Sales Consultant serves as the first point of contact for clients, offering guidance, design solutions, and product expertise to ensure every interaction is memorable.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist clients visiting the gallery, addressing inquiries and providing detailed product information.
- Advise clients on design solutions and product selection, ensuring their vision aligns with available offerings.
- Maintain and develop relationships with existing clients while identifying new business opportunities.
- Accurately process purchase orders, deposits, and maintain records using internal systems.
- Support gallery operations, ensuring a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for clients.
- Assist with administrative duties, including answering phones and responding to client inquiries.
- Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed sales goals and client satisfaction targets.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of sales or customer service experience, ideally in the surfaces, design, or related industry.
- Knowledge of interior design principles and the design community is preferred.
- Proven sales ability and a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience using CRM or inventory management systems.
- Successful completion of a Criminal Background Check.
