Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of multiple residential construction projects across Southern Ontario. This role is responsible for overseeing projects from early planning through to completion and occupancy, ensuring strong control over schedule, budget, quality, and execution.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on construction leader with deep experience in residential builds, strong trade and consultant management skills, and the ability to drive accountability across all phases of delivery. You will play a key role in coordinating internal teams and external partners while ensuring projects are executed safely, efficiently, and in alignment with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
Project Delivery & Execution
  • Lead end-to-end delivery of multiple residential construction projects from pre-construction through closeout
  • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, ensuring alignment across all stakeholders
  • Monitor project progress and proactively manage risks, delays, and scope changes
  • Ensure projects are delivered within approved scope, budget, and timeline
Budgeting & Cost Control
  • Prepare, manage, and track project budgets from inception through completion
  • Oversee monthly cost reporting, forecasting, and variance analysis
  • Evaluate financial impacts of design changes, scope adjustments, and site conditions
  • Support value engineering initiatives to optimize project outcomes
Procurement & Contracts
  • Oversee preparation of tender packages and subcontractor scopes of work
  • Manage procurement processes, contract negotiations, and award recommendations
  • Administer contracts, purchase orders, and change orders throughout project lifecycle
  • Resolve contractual issues and manage disputes as required
Stakeholder & Team Management
  • Coordinate effectively with consultants, engineers, architects, trades, and internal teams
  • Lead project meetings, ensure accurate documentation, and distribute meeting minutes
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key project stakeholders
  • Provide clear reporting and updates to senior leadership on project performance
Quality, Compliance & Risk
  • Ensure all work meets applicable building codes, safety standards, and regulatory requirements
  • Support and enforce health & safety compliance across all job sites
  • Oversee Tarion warranty processes, deficiency management, and project closeout requirements
  • Identify risks early and implement mitigation strategies to minimize impact
Project Closeout & Reporting
  • Manage turnover process, including as-built documentation and warranty manuals
  • Ensure all deficiencies are tracked, resolved, and closed out efficiently
  • Prepare and present KPI reporting, project summaries, and executive updates
  • Support final project audits and financial reconciliation
Qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience in residential construction project management
  • Post-secondary education in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field
  • Strong experience in residential construction (low-rise preferred; mid-rise considered)
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong knowledge of scheduling, critical path management, and construction sequencing
  • Experience with budgeting, cost control, and financial forecasting
  • Solid understanding of construction contracts, procurement, and change management
  • Familiarity with Ontario Building Code and construction safety regulations
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Proficient in MS Project, Excel, Word, and construction management software
  • Valid G driver’s license with access to a vehicle
