  • Promote a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, safety, and client satisfaction throughout project execution.

What You Bring

  • Typically 20+ years of project management experience within mining and heavy industrial environments. Relevant leadership capability and experience managing complex projects will also be considered.
  • A demonstrated track record of successfully delivering EPCM projects on time and within budget.
  • An engineering degree (P.Eng. preferred) or technical diploma; PMP certification is considered an asset.
  • Strong expertise in project governance, risk management, budgeting, scheduling, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and managing complex client relationships.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management tools.
