Our client is a recognized leader in the healthcare sector, currently undertaking a large-scale telephony system migration across 350 care centers. This project is critical to improving communication infrastructure and service delivery across the network.
Position Summary:
We are seeking three Junior Project Coordinators to support the successful execution of this high-impact initiative. This role is ideal for recent graduates or early-career professionals looking to gain hands-on project coordination experience in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the migration of 350 healthcare locations to a new telephony system
- Coordinate with telecom providers to initiate number porting and call forwarding
- Verify and document account ownership details for each site
- Track progress, update project documentation, and escalate issues as needed
- Participate in remote and onsite team meetings to ensure smooth project execution
- Maintain accurate schedules, contact lists, and ongoing status reports
Required Qualifications:
- Completion of a Project Management course or program (PMP not required)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage shifting priorities
- Comfortable using project documentation and tracking tools (e.g., Excel, SharePoint, Confluence)
