Job Title: System Administrator (Windows / Linux) – 5–7 Month Contract
Company: Hollingsgate Workforce Solutions (on behalf of a Major Bank)
Location: 100% Remote

Role Overview
We’re seeking two experienced System Administrators—one Windows specialist and one Linux specialist—to lead a Mandatory Remediation Action (MRA) cleanup of Identity & Access Management (IAM) as part of a critical cybersecurity initiative.
Key Responsibilities
- Automate ACL reviews, user‑permission updates, and root‑account cleanups across platforms
- Develop and manage automated credential rotations using CyberArk
- Script and execute Active Directory audit and scan‑based audits
- Design and automate privileged‑account and service‑account workflows for ~40 applications
- Integrate security reporting via Qualys (where available) and process CyberArk entries through ServiceNow
Technical Environment
- Servers: Physical and virtual (VMs)
- Tools: CyberArk (PAM), Qualys, ServiceNow, PowerShell/Bash/Python, Ansible/Puppet (as applicable)
Core Qualifications
- 5+ years in system administration (Windows or Linux)
- Strong automation/scripting skills (PowerShell, Bash, Python)
- Proven CyberArk (or equivalent PAM) implementation experience
- Deep understanding of IAM policies and remediation best practices
- Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and remote‑work capabilities
Role‑Specific Requirements
Linux Administrator
- Python scripting expertise OR
- Puppet or Ansible configuration management OR
- CyberArk (or other PAM) experience OR
- AWS Control Tower/CloudFormation implementation
Windows Administrator
- PowerShell or Python scripting AND at least one of: Windows provisioning (AutoPilot, SCCM, Ansible, or Puppet), AWS WorkSpaces/IAM, AD integration with Entra ID, CyberArk (or other PAM) experience
Compensation & Benefits
