Role Summary:
We’re seeking a self‑starting Level 2 IT Support Technician with 5+ years of MSP experience to provide hands‑on technical support and manage client relationships. You’ll resolve escalated issues across desktops, servers, networks and cloud systems, and act as the technical account manager for assigned clients.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver Level 2 support for desktops, servers, networks and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, Office 365)
  • Respond to support calls and perform on‑site visits within the Durham Region
  • Troubleshoot and resolve escalated technical incidents—hardware, software, connectivity
  • Serve as technical account manager: build strong relationships with decision‑makers
  • Assist with system upgrades, installations, maintenance and disaster‑recovery tasks
  • Proactively identify improvements to client IT environments
  • Maintain clear documentation of troubleshooting steps, resolutions and recommendations
Required Qualifications:
  • 5+ years in an MSP or similar IT support role
  • Expertise in Windows Server/Active Directory, network infrastructure (LAN/WAN, firewalls, switches)
  • Hands‑on experience with Office 365 administration and major cloud platforms (Azure, AWS)
  • Solid backup and disaster‑recovery knowledge
  • Strong client‑facing, communication and problem‑solving skills
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for on‑site work
Preferred Certifications:
  • Microsoft Azure Administrator or Microsoft 365 Certified
  • CompTIA Network+ or Cisco CCNA
  • AWS Solutions Architect or Azure Fundamentals
