About the Opportunity
Hollingsgate Recruitment is representing a reputable Managed Services client that is expanding its footprint across the Midwest. Our client is a well-established and growing MSP focused on delivering top-tier IT services to small and mid-sized businesses. They are looking to add an energetic and driven Appointment Setter / SDR to help generate new business opportunities and support the sales pipeline.
About the Role
This role is ideal for a proactive sales professional who thrives in outbound outreach and lead generation. You’ll be responsible for connecting with decision-makers, qualifying leads, and booking appointments for the CEO and sales team. This is a hybrid remote role, with flexibility to work from home and occasional travel to the client’s site for in-person meetings or team collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct outbound prospecting via phone, email, and LinkedIn to generate leads
  • Qualify potential clients and schedule discovery meetings for senior leadership
  • Manage and follow up on a curated list of target accounts
  • Track activities and manage communications in HubSpot CRM
  • Coordinate with marketing to align outreach with current campaigns
  • Maintain high outbound activity levels and meet performance KPIs
  • Participate in weekly team meetings to review progress and strategy
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in outbound sales, appointment setting, or SDR roles (B2B preferred)
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Experience with CRM tools like HubSpot or Salesforce
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage follow-ups efficiently
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a structured sales environment
  • Prior experience in MSP, SaaS, or IT services is a strong asset
Compensation & Benefits
  • Base salary: $50,000–$60,000 + uncapped commission (OTE ~$70K–$80K)
