About the Opportunity
Hollingsgate Workforce Solutions is representing an established and growing company within the lighting and design industry that is seeking a Customer Service Experience Coordinator to join their team in Barrie, Ontario.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building strong relationships with clients while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Our client has built a strong reputation within the lighting and design industry and has developed long-standing relationships with designers, builders, electricians, and homeowners. As the company continues to grow and expand its presence in the market, they are looking to add a motivated professional who is passionate about client service, relationship building, and supporting business growth.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct cold outreach and prospecting to support new business development initiatives
Respond to and manage customer inquiries via phone and email from both new and existing clients
Prepare and manage client quotes for lighting and design products
Provide order updates and ongoing communication to clients and partners
Coordinate order tracking and delivery timelines to ensure smooth project execution
Support showroom operations by assisting walk-in clients and creating a welcoming customer experience
Build and maintain strong relationships with designers, builders, electricians, and showroom clients
Conduct onsite client visits to support ongoing projects and partnerships
Represent the company at semi-annual trade shows within the lighting and design industry
Collaborate with internal team members to ensure strong service delivery and customer satisfaction
Identify opportunities to support new business growth, contributing to commission opportunities

Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer service or sales-focused role
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Confident and comfortable interacting with a variety of clients and stakeholders
Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to think strategically
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment where each day may look different
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment
Work Environment and Growth

This position is fully onsite in Barrie, Ontario and requires working in the office five days per week.

Compensation
Base salary: $40,000 – $45,000 annually
Additional earning potential through commission on new business generated
