As a rapidly growing startup, we are looking for a motivated, self-directed Business Sales & Delivery Manager to join our team. Key Responsibilities:
- New Business Development: Identify, prospect, and close new business opportunities within the IT, Healthcare, and Legal sectors.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders and clients to ensure repeat business.
- Revenue Growth: Drive consistent revenue growth by bringing in new clients and meeting monthly revenue targets ($30k - $50k per month).
- Lead Generation & Networking: Utilize existing network, attend industry events, and employ creative strategies to generate new leads and business.
- Sales Strategy Execution: Develop and implement effective sales strategies that will scale quickly in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Collaboration & Reporting: Work closely with the internal team to ensure successful candidate placement and satisfaction. Report on sales performance and progress against targets.
Key Requirements:
- Experience: 7+ Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in staffing or recruitment, with a focus on IT, Healthcare, or Legal industries.
- Track Record: Demonstrated ability to bring in a book of business and meet or exceed sales/revenue targets.
- Motivated & Self-Directed: A results-oriented professional with exceptional drive and the ability to work independently without micromanagement.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills; able to influence and negotiate at senior levels.
- Networking: A solid network within IT, Healthcare, or Legal industries is a huge plus.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM systems and other sales tools to manage prospects and pipeline.
- Work Ethic: Ability to balance autonomy with a commitment to achieving aggressive sales goals.
- Location: Must be based in Ontario, Canada.
