Job Description: An opportunity has arisen for a skilled IT Support Specialist to join this dynamic team. The role is integral to managing a broad range of technical and customer support tasks, ensuring effective IT operations and high client satisfaction levels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Servicing Windows Desktop (Windows 10 and 11) and managing the Microsoft 365 Admin Centre.
- Handling support calls, site deliveries, and new system deployments.
- Providing assistance with various Microsoft 365 applications.
- Offering customer support both remotely and in-person.
- Managing tasks related to Active Directory and Azure Active Directory (Microsoft Entra).
- Troubleshooting and maintaining IT systems and applications.
Qualifications:
- Proficient with Windows 10, Windows 11, and Microsoft 365 Admin Centre.
- Minimum two years in networking and firewall support (Sophos Firewall and Switching preferred).
- Solid understanding of DNS and IP Networking.
- Strong customer service skills with customer-facing experience.
- Fluent in English.
- Proximity to Grimsby, Ontario (within 45 minutes).
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Knowledgeable in Active Directory and Azure Active Directory (Microsoft Entra).
- Police Record Check is mandatory.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Microsoft MSA-900 Certification, CompTIA A+, and CompTIA A+ Networking certifications, or willingness to obtain them.
